Testimonials

"You did an outstanding job coordinating, the listing realtor, the bank, insurance company & real properties, kudos to you." - Henry Weinert
"Grace is a total professional who goes the extra mile for her clients. I told her my budget and location preferences. Within two days she'd located 4 properties. There was one more place she wanted to show me. 'It has a happy vibe,' she said. She couldn't have been more right! From the special chandeliers to the kitchen island to the bunny mural painted on the lanai, Grace found me my Happy Home, was always available to me, and walked me through every step. I will only refer her to my friends!" - Mary Holmes
"We recently closed on a condo in Sarasota and had difficulties with the management company moving things along. Grace Bonaccorso was so wonderful throughout the whole process right up until closing. Thank you so much for all your help." - Deborah Cooke
"At 75, I recently completed the biggest move of my life, from Colorado to North Port Fl. I read some realtor reviews on line and found Grace Bonaccorso. She promptly returned my first call and we spoke for almost an hour. I felt immediately comfortable with her! She listened to what I wanted and sent me listings in my target areas. I spent a weekend in FL looking at houses and found the perfect one with Grace's help. She handled the rest since I was back in Colorado.... the inspection, the final walk-through, and all of all the communication with the title company. She made the process painless! This wonderful lady has 30 plus years in real estate. I could not have done this without her knowledge and professionalism." - DH
